Yes! There is now no reason for WebTV users to steal bandwidth. There are several places on the internet now available that will upload files through a web interface, allowing those users with no hard drive and no FTP program to be able to get their own copies of files onto their web page. These services are called Transloaders. There are several available, and we've listed them for your convenience here:
