Howdy: I am researching Software Patents. The above referenced web page purports to show testimony by you to Congress on the topic of Software Patents. I am attempting to obtain an on the record response to several questions: (1) Is this an accurate transcript? If so, do you have a more detailed/specific citation (e.g., date, hearing, etc.) (2) Does a similar transcript exist on your site, or on the site of one of your companies or organizations? (3) Does this still reflect your views? (4) If it doesn't, do you have a more recent statement? (5) Do you have any more recent statements or comments on this topic? Thank you for your kind response. It certainly sounds like things I would have said. (2) Does a similar transcript exist on your site, or on the site of one of your companies or organizations?
