It seems that Penguin Putnam published a book by Katharine Tarbox about
sexual molestation by a stranger met on the internet and called it
Katie.com. But Katie.com already existed and was owned by Katie Jones.
Penguin claims no legal responsibility. Katharine Tarbox’s website is
KatieT.com. Why didn’t they use that one? The page includes links to major
news articles about this big goof.
