Subornation of Perjury: A Definition

It was a legal phrase no one in America knew. Then, suddenly, with President Bill Clinton, everyone in America knew the phrase.

Or, at least they thought they knew.

This article by Mr. Leo Katz (a professor of law at the University of Pennsylvania) gives some of the best insight into what this means.  He also discusses "obstruction of justice" and even mentions a song by Tom Lehrer that I happen to know and sing.
